Prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars. In case of a clear pricing error discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you to offer confirmation at the correct price or cancellation with a refund.

Discounts and promotional codes are subject to specific terms (validity periods, minimum order values, usage limits) and may be canceled where misuse or fraud is identified.

Order confirmation messages do not constitute final acceptance. An order is accepted after verification of info, confirmation of payment and availability, and dispatch of a preparation notice.

We provide delivery to eligible addresses within Kuwait. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond control.

Responsibility for the product passes to the Customer upon physical delivery to the Customer or an authorized recipient.

Lamseti.com allows eligible products, including perfumes, to be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided the product remains unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

Special exclusions apply to opened or used products for health and safety reasons, except where defective or non-conforming.

The collection and protection of your personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy published on the Website, which forms part of these Terms.

By placing an order you agree to receive essential service communications through email, SMS, phone, WhatsApp, or website notifications. Marketing communications are sent only with consent.

Reviews and comments you submit must reflect genuine experiences and be free of abuse. You grant us a license to display them, and we may remove violating content while preserving genuine negative reviews.
